Shrimp in sauce is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of seafood with rich creamy and vegetable notes. Its origin can be traced back to traditional Mediterranean cooking, where seafood plays a central role. Shrimp baked in creamy sauce with onions, peppers, and tomatoes acquire amazing softness and depth of flavor. Feta and parmesan add zest, while dill emphasizes the freshness of the dish. Serving straight from the oven with a piece of fresh baguette allows one to fully enjoy its rich taste.
