Remove seeds from the peppers and cut them into cubes, also cube the meat and zucchini. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely, and chop the onion finely as well.

- Chorizo: 200 g

Heat oil in a large deep skillet, add the meat and cook on low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion and green pepper to the skillet, and after 10 minutes, add zucchini and tomatoes. Stir, cover, and forget for 30 minutes on medium heat.
