For stuffing, it's best to take small zucchini. Cut off the ends, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and rinse.
- Zucchini: 1.5 kg

Boil the rice. Cut the washed meat, pass it through a meat grinder, mix it with boiled fluffy rice and finely chopped fried onion, adding salt and pepper.
- Rice: 50 g

Stuff the zucchini with the prepared filling and fry on all sides in oil. Then transfer the zucchini to a deep dish, add broth or sour cream, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
