Pita roll is a gastronomic symphony of flavors inspired by a passion for experimentation. This light yet rich snack roll combines the sweetness of roasted peppers, the tenderness of spinach, and the creaminess of mozzarella wrapped in thin pita. Salami adds a spicy note, while balsamic vinegar and olive oil highlight the depth of flavor. The dish's origins can be found in Mediterranean cuisine, where the freshness of ingredients plays a key role. Pita roll is perfect for a quick snack, picnic, or as an original appetizer for a festive table. It can be served cold or slightly warmed, enjoying how melted cheese intertwines with the freshness of vegetables and aromas of spices.
