Cod in milk is a delicate and nutritious dish from German cuisine, where simple and hearty recipes are valued. Cod, with its mild flavor, pairs wonderfully with a creamy sauce that gives it a velvety texture. Baked potato slices add pleasant density to the dish, while onion adds a hint of spiciness. Butter and eggs create a golden crust that gives the dish an appetizing appearance and rich flavor. Served with green peas for a fresh contrast, this dish is perfect for a cozy home dinner, warming with its soft and balanced taste.
