Carrot pudding with breadcrumbs is a delicate and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine filled with the warmth of home comfort. Its roots go back to the traditions of using accessible ingredients, transforming simple carrots into an exquisite dessert. The pudding has a pleasant velvety texture where the sweetness of carrots subtly combines with crispy breadcrumbs and the tenderness of egg yolks. The highlight of this dish is the candied fruits that add a light fruity note. Baked to a golden crust, it is perfect for both cozy family tea times and festive treats. The taste of the pudding is soft with delicate sweetness, and the light aroma of butter makes it especially appetizing. It is served warm with a spoonful of sour cream or thick yogurt, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
