Boil rice: Put 1 cup of rice in a pot, add 2 cups of water, add another 2 cups and cook until done. Rinse after cooking.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a heated pan, add the meat, salt (0.5 teaspoon of salt), and fry for 20-25 minutes.

Push the mixture to one side of the pan; crack an egg into the empty space, fry for 30 seconds, then mix everything.
