Dumplings with radish

Prepare the dough. Pile the flour on the table and make a well in it.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Pour in salted water, add eggs and oil.
- Water: 200 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 1.5 tablespoon

Mix gradually, taking flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.

Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.

Prepare the filling. Clean the radish, wash it thoroughly with cold water, then grate it on a coarse grater.
- Radish: 2 pieces

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
- Onion: 2 heads

Combine it with radish, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything thoroughly.

- Sour cream: 300 g

Roll the dough into a thin layer.

Cut circles from the dough with a glass.

Place filling on one half of the circle with a teaspoon, fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges.
