Keto cauliflower rolls with tuna
2 servings
45 minutes
Cauliflower keto rolls with tuna are an exquisite combination of healthy ingredients and an original approach to traditional Japanese rolls. Cauliflower turned into a delicate puree replaces classic rice, creating a light and airy texture. Tender tuna, refreshing cucumber, and creamy avocado add depth of flavor, while nori sheets provide the familiar shape and a hint of the sea. A sprinkle of white sesame enhances the nutty undertone of the dish. These rolls are an ideal option for those on a low-carb diet who are not ready to give up gastronomic pleasures. They will adorn any table and offer enjoyment with their delicate yet rich flavor composition.
