Put salted water on strong heat.

Divide the cabbage into florets.

When the water boils, add the cauliflower and reduce the heat to medium.
- Cauliflower: 300 g

Add broccoli in 5 minutes.
- Broccoli cabbage: 200 g

Add a mixture of peppers.
- Mix of peppers: pinch

After 15 minutes, drain the water and add cream.
- Cream 33%: 120 ml
