Gherkin chicken baked on salt

Salt-baked Cornish hen is a unique signature recipe that surprises with its simplicity and rich flavor. The tradition of baking in salt has roots in ancient gastronomic practices, preserving the juiciness of the meat and highlighting its natural taste. The tender chicken absorbs the aromas of spices—spicy curry, sweet paprika, and piquant adjika—creating a refined balance of flavors. Baking on sea salt provides a special texture to the skin—it becomes golden and crispy as if caramelized by heat. Served whole without carving, it makes an impressive dish for festive tables. It pairs wonderfully with light vegetable sides or fresh herbs, completing the harmony of flavors. This recipe is the perfect combination of ease of preparation and high gastronomic value.
