Prepare the beef tenderloin, clean it, and fry it to medium doneness.

Place the cut in a cold place to stop thermal processes.

While the beef tenderloin cools, prepare the onion: slice it into rings and mix with soy sauce.

Next, heat the vegetable oil to 35–40 degrees and combine it with herbs (thyme, rosemary, and cilantro) and garlic. Cool the prepared mixture.
