Zucchini Boats for Freshmen

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove some flesh, leaving about a 1 cm layer around the edges and at the bottom for stability. Save the flesh.
- Zucchini: 4 pieces

In a large deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Fry the minced meat with diced onion until golden brown for 7-10 minutes.
- Ground meat: 450 g
- Onion: 0.5 head

Add the reserved zucchini flesh to the minced meat. Continue frying for 5–7 minutes, until the meat is cooked and the onion is translucent.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Ground black pepper: to taste

Place the zucchini boats on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Fill the boats with the minced meat filling.
- Zucchini: 4 pieces
- Ground meat: 450 g

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and decorate with pepperoni slices.
- Mozzarella cheese: 115 g
- Pepperoni: 50 g

Bake for 20 minutes if you want the boats to remain firm, and longer for the zucchinis to become soft.

Arrange the boats on a serving board in the shape of the Hogwarts fleet. Serve hot.
