Wash and clean the onion. Cut into feathers. Place in the pan and wait for it to start frying.

Fry until small browning occurs, add a little water for the onion to start cooking and softening, wait for the water to evaporate, then fry the onion a bit again. Repeat this 4-5 times for even caramelization; the onion will turn a nice brown color.

Wash and clean the potatoes. Slice them into rounds, and if they are large, cut the rounds in half (this way the potatoes will cook faster and be easier to eat).

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. Lay the potatoes in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.

Prepare a fragrant spice mix. Grind coriander, pepper, and salt in a mortar. Sprinkle the spice mix on the potatoes and add it to the pork mince.

Wash and clean the celery and garlic.

Cut randomly, quite large. Add to the potatoes.

Place the prepared minced meat with spices on the potatoes, and also add a little onion to the minced meat.

Wash the mushrooms. Cut into large pieces.
