Add salt and an egg to the sifted flour and mix. Pour in warm water and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, covered with plastic wrap or a towel.
- Wheat flour: 550 g
- Salt: 2 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Water: 250 ml

Roll out the prepared dough into a thin layer, use a glass to cut circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm, place the cottage cheese filling on the dough, and shape and seal the dumplings.

Boil in salted water over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
