Turkey Breast Steaks with Lemon and Chili

Turkey steaks are a completely commercial product that is sold in any supermarket. They cost pennies relative to some beef mignon or ribeye, look cutely pink and are especially appreciated by those who do not thirst for blood in steaks and generally try to eat less red meat. Turkey steaks themselves may not produce a powerful effect, but in combination with such explosive neighbors as lemon and hot pepper, they are incredibly beneficial. An important detail : like any steaks, it is better not to reheat these, but at the marinating stage they can be frozen, and then thawed in the refrigerator and thrown into a hot frying pa

Mix the juice of two lemons, olive oil, and chili flakes in a bowl. Lightly salt.
- Lemon: 2 pieces
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Chili pepper flakes: 1 tablespoon

Place turkey steaks in this mixture and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Turkey steak: 2 pieces

Sear the steaks on a well-heated grill pan for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and with nice grill marks.

Serve with vegetables and salad leaves.
