Grate the potato on a coarse grater for the grandmother. Melt butter (10 g) in a pan, pour in the grated mass like a pancake. Cover with a lid and fry on both sides for 15-20 minutes.

For the sauce, chop the mushrooms, sauté with onions in butter until cooked, add cream and simmer.
