40 minutes
Ahiaco is a fragrant dish of Latin American cuisine filled with warmth and depth of flavors. Its roots trace back to South American traditions where meat stews hold an important place in gastronomy. Beef cooked with a rich blend of spices—coriander, cumin, and oregano—acquires a rich and spicy taste that is perfectly complemented by the softness of stewed vegetables. Potatoes and carrots absorb the juices of the meat and broth, creating a harmony of textures. The finishing touch is a delicate poached egg that adds creaminess, while fresh coriander brings a note of freshness. This is not just food but a true culinary journey that immerses you in an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality, perfect for family dinners or cozy evenings.
