Lindström steak is a refined dish of European cuisine rooted in Swedish traditions. Its uniqueness lies in the unusual combination of juicy minced meat and sweet boiled beets, giving the steaks tenderness and a slightly tangy flavor. The light acidity of sour cream harmoniously complements the meat, while flour helps create a thick gravy that enriches the aroma. Fried to a golden crust, the steaks are braised in the oven, acquiring a rich taste and soft texture. This dish is served hot, accompanied by vegetable sides or mashed potatoes. It is perfect for cozy home dinners and can impress guests with its rich flavor.
