Turkey in a frying pan

4 servings

30 minutes

Have you ever eaten a really tasty turkey? After all, it's true that it often turns out dry, and most importantly - bland? In this recipe, a whole bunch of spices fights blandness: paprika, turmeric and cardamom - they act not only as flavorings and taste enhancers, but also as natural dyes, so that the turkey does not look pale in any sense. In addition, neat steaks, into which you need to cut the fillet, will allow you to fry the capricious turkey meat evenly and not dry out anywhere.
