Chicken fillet sticks in the oven are a simple and appetizing snack option from Russian cuisine. The history of this dish originates from traditional home recipes where hostesses aimed to create tasty yet easy-to-make dishes. Chicken fillet, tender and juicy due to the marinade of sour cream and spices, acquires a crispy golden crust after baking. The breading of breadcrumbs and sesame adds a special texture and a light nutty flavor. The sticks are perfect as a snack or main dish, especially when paired with sauces – garlic, sour cream, or tomato. They are suitable for cozy home dinners or friendly gatherings, delighting with their rich taste and appealing appearance.
