Salmon in the oven

Salmon is a fatty fish, but it can easily dry out if you use the oven incorrectly. Before cooking, make sure that the stove can produce the desired 200 degrees, at which the salmon will quickly set, but will not lose its juices.

Cut the salmon fillet into portion pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Salmon fillet: 600 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place pieces of fish on it.

Chop the parsley very finely along with the stems.
- Parsley: 2 sprigs

Remove the leaves from the thyme sprigs and chop them with a knife.
- Thyme: 2 sprigs

Crush the garlic through a press and mix it with herbs, olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Olive oil: 30 ml
- Lemon: 1 piece

Spread the mixture on each piece of fish and distribute it over the top and sides. Send the fish to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Slice the remaining half of the lemon into rings.

Garnish the cooked salmon with lemon slices and serve immediately.
