Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain and rinse. Boil until cooked.

In a large skillet, heat the oil, add the curry mix, chopped tomatoes, and onion. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 head

Add chickpeas, coconut milk, and continue to simmer on low heat.
- Chickpeas: 100 g
- Coconut milk: 200 ml

Serve with parsley. Eat together with basmati rice or chapati.
