Put a pot of water and salt on the stove, and when the water boils, add the pasta. Meanwhile, chop the onion finely and sauté it on low heat with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Spaghetti: 250 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Olive oil: to taste

Once the onion is soft, add the seitan cut into thin long strips. Sauté for a few minutes, then add cream, turmeric, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix well and turn off the heat.
