Pasta with zucchini and shrimp
1 serving
20 minutes
Pasta with zucchini and shrimp is a refined dish of Italian cuisine that combines the freshness of seafood and the tenderness of vegetables. This recipe is rooted in Mediterranean gastronomy traditions, where simplicity and quality of ingredients play a key role. Sautéed zucchini with aromatic garlic creates a light caramelized base, while shrimp adds an exquisite taste of the sea to the dish. Dried basil adds a hint of spice, and the final touch – grated cheese and fresh basil – transforms this pasta into a true work of art. Light yet rich, it is perfect for a summer dinner in a cozy atmosphere. Serve with a glass of white wine and enjoy the harmony of flavors!
