Beef Bulgogi

4 servings

45 minutes

Bulgogi is one of the most famous dishes in Korean cuisine, translating to 'fire meat.' Thin slices of ribeye beef are marinated in a fragrant mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger before being grilled to a golden brown. The light sweetness of the marinade combines with the spicy notes of garlic and spices to give the dish a rich, balanced flavor. Stir-fried vegetables like red onion and green pepper add freshness and crunch. Bulgogi is often served with rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves for a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners or friendly gatherings, allowing you to enjoy authentic Korean aromas and traditions.
