Boil the pasta in a large amount of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Spaghetti: 150 g
- Salt: to taste

Finely chop the shallots and garlic, and sauté in a large deep skillet with 20 grams of butter until golden.
- Shallots: 1 head
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Butter: 80 g

Pour wine into the pan, add soy sauce, and reduce the liquid by half.
- White wine: 30 ml
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

Add the remaining butter and melt it. Add the crab meat cut into large pieces, stir to coat the crab with butter, and heat.
