Grate the potatoes and broccoli on a coarse grater. Add flour and spices to them, and knead everything into a homogeneous mass.
- Potato: 150 g
- Broccoli cabbage: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 10 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Divide the resulting mass into three equal parts. Make three flatbreads from them.

Fry the flatbreads in a hot pan until golden brown, then send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Fry the oyster mushrooms with finely chopped onion.
