Remove bones from fish fillet, pass it through a meat grinder, mix with corn flour, egg yolk, vegetable oil, soy sauce, and mirin.
- Fish fillet: 500 g
- Corn flour: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Mirin: 1 tablespoon

Whip the egg whites with sugar separately and pour it into the fish mixture.

Shape the dough into finger-thick flatbreads and fry them on both sides until a light golden crust forms.
