Chicken rolls with cheese

Cheese chicken rolls are a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet with the richness of cheese filling. Its origin is linked to the tradition of baking meat rolls popular in France and Italy. In this version, thinly sliced chicken breast is infused with the aroma of soy sauce and then filled with a juicy mixture of zucchini, tomatoes, and dill, adding freshness to the flavor. The baked roll retains its juiciness while melted cheese adds a creamy texture and appetizing crust. This dish is perfect for festive dinners and family lunches, pairing well with light salads and white wines. The simplicity of preparation and rich taste make cheese chicken rolls a favorite among both experienced cooks and home cooking enthusiasts.
