Pass veal, lamb fat, and finely chopped onion through a meat grinder.
- Veal: 500 g
- Lamb fat: 300 g
- Onion: 200 g

Knead the minced meat thoroughly and gently beat it. Add salt and pepper to taste and knead again thoroughly.
