Vegan Meat in French

The recipe is taken from the book "About Delicious Vegan Food". "In Soviet times, meat in French was an essential attribute of the New Year's table. In many families, the tradition has been preserved to this day. To be honest, I adore this dish so much that I can eat it at any time of the year, even in summer. It is, of course, quite fatty, but fantastically tasty. By the way, meat eaters gobble up the vegan version with gusto, not even suspecting that it does not contain a gram of animal products... I recommend preparing "meat o" in French in a beautiful ceramic baking dish and serving the dish in it.
