Baked Chicken with Peanuts "Flying Jacob"
6 servings
60 minutes
A Swedish dish, often found in the form of a casserole. What's unusual about it is that the chicken works harmoniously with bacon, banana and peanuts.

1
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, and fry them whole in a small amount of butter until golden brown. It's better to fry the chicken in small batches to avoid overcrowding the pan; otherwise, it may stew instead of fry. Slice the fried fillet.
- Chicken thigh fillet: 600 g
- Butter: 20 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

2
Chop the bacon finely and fry it in a pan, then transfer to paper towels to drain the fat.
- Bacon: 140 g

3
Place chicken at the bottom of a fireproof dish, then add bacon and sliced banana. In a bowl, mix cream and chili sauce, season with salt to taste, and pour over the chicken.
- Chicken thigh fillet: 600 g
- Bacon: 140 g
- Bananas: 1 piece
- Cream: 300 ml
- Sweet chili sauce: 100 ml
- Salt: to taste

4
Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with peanuts 10 minutes before done and finish baking. Serve with rice.
- Salted peanuts: 100 g
