Thaw the pollock slowly.
- Pollock fillet: 400 g

Transfer the caviar to a baking dish. Place the pollock fillet on top of the caviar. Cover with a lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Zucchini caviar: 300 g
- Pollock fillet: 400 g
