Meat patties with pumpkin and zucchini are a tender and aromatic dish that harmoniously combines the juiciness of vegetables and the rich flavor of meat. These patties are popular in Russian cuisine due to their simplicity and the availability of ingredients. Pumpkin and zucchini add softness, lightness, and pleasant sweetness to the patties, making them juicier. Garam masala gives the dish a light Eastern note, enriching its taste. These patties can be served with a side of mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables, complemented by sour cream or tomato sauce. They are suitable for both a home lunch and a festive dinner, delighting guests with their delicate flavor and appetizing aroma.
