Classic homemade cutlets. For more airiness, use fresh white bread instead of crackers. If you don't have an oven at hand, after the color appears, cover the cutlets with a lid and reduce the heat - they will also remain juicy. The ideal companion for such cutlets is mashed potatoes.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour cream over the crackers and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Dip your hands in cold water, shape the patty, coat it in flour, and send it to the pan with heated oil.
