American turkey is a symbol of celebration and comfort, especially on Thanksgiving Day. This recipe embodies traditional American flavors: juicy meat infused with the aromas of rosemary, sage, and thyme, with a hint of citrus freshness from lemon. Marinating gives the meat exceptional tenderness, while butter under the skin makes it incredibly delicate. After roasting, the turkey comes out golden brown with a crispy crust and rich aroma. This dish is perfect for family gatherings, bringing loved ones around the table and creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy. Serving a whole turkey is a true ritual, and its taste will be remembered for a long time.
