Matar-paneer is one of the most popular dishes in Indian cuisine, combining soft paneer with a fragrant sauce made from tomatoes and spices. This recipe traces back to the traditions of Northern India, where simple yet rich flavors create true culinary masterpieces. Soft paneer fried to a golden crust perfectly absorbs the spicy sauce, while sweet green peas add freshness. The dish has a rich flavor with subtle notes of coriander, paprika, and turmeric, creating a warm and spicy composition. It is served with aromatic basmati rice or traditional Indian breads like roti or naan.
