Marinate the chicken thighs to taste in advance.
- Chicken thighs: 4 pieces

Chop the onion, fry until ready, add the carrot, fry, add 4 tbsp of tomato paste and mix, add 200 ml of water and bring to a boil

Remove from heat, chop the potatoes and mushrooms, add garlic and mix. Add tomato paste with onion and carrot to the potatoes and mushrooms, mix, season with salt and pepper.

- Champignons: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place our potatoes with thighs in foil or a baking sleeve. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
