Fisherman's Pie

A strong pie is a casserole that can easily replace lunch. Essentially, it is a thick mixture of cod, shrimp and eggs. An excellent version of a fish casserole for those who do not like the overly intense smell of fish: the cod is pre-boiled in milk

Pour milk into the saucepan.
- Milk: 500 ml

Add bay leaves, black peppercorns, and fish.
- Bay leaf: 2 pieces
- Black peppercorns: 5 piece
- Cod fillet: 500 g

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat. Strain, removing the peppercorns and bay leaves.

Break the boiled fish into pieces and place it in a baking dish.

Evenly layer the shrimp on top.
- Shrimps: 150 g

Boil the eggs hard. While the eggs are boiling, melt 25 g of butter in a saucepan, add flour and mix. Gradually pour in the milk in which the fish was cooked and whisk until smooth. Season the finished sauce with salt and pepper, and add chopped parsley.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Butter: 45 g
- Wheat flour: 25 g
- Milk: 500 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Parsley: 10 g

Pour the sauce into the dish with fish and shrimp, and add the chopped eggs there as well.

Melt 20 g of butter in a pan, add the leek sliced into half-rings, and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat until the onion becomes soft.

Mix onion with puree, spread it on the fish, and sprinkle with cheese.
