Each piece reveals the tenderness of the chicken and a rich flavor complemented by a creamy sauce with hints of carrot and onion. The history of this dish goes back to home cooking, where simple ingredients turn into masterpieces thanks to the subtleties of preparation. These roll-ups are perfect for family dinners, festive gatherings, or simply for comfort and enjoyment. They are served hot, accompanied by a side of potatoes or vegetables, while the juicy sauce makes the dish even richer. It's a true delight for lovers of soft, warm flavors that evoke a sense of homey comfort.

1
Take the prepared chicken fillet, slice it thinly, and pound it.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g
2
Place the fillet in a container, drizzle with soy sauce, spread with mayonnaise and grated garlic, sprinkle with spices (a mix of 5 peppers is fine). Mix everything well to distribute the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate to marinate for an hour (can leave overnight).
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
3
Place the prepared rolls on a baking sheet. Make the sauce: sauté onions and carrots, pour in water, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and mix everything to avoid lumps. Let the sauce thicken on the stove for a while, season with salt and pepper, and pour it over the rolls.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Water: 500 ml
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: to taste
4
Place the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. At the end of cooking, you can increase the heat to 200 degrees for a nice top.
