Fruit mors are believed to have ancient roots and were used as natural thirst quenchers on hot days. Wash the peaches in cold running water and blanch in boiling water. Peel and cut into small cubes.

Put 3 liters of water on high heat and bring to a boil.

Add chopped peaches and cook the berries for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.

Place the obtained mass on low heat and gradually add the gelling sugar until fully dissolved, then boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the hot mors into clean, dry jars, seal tightly with lids, and allow to cool in a dark place. After cooling, ice cubes and mint leaves can be added. The mors is ready to drink any time of the year.
