Pelenalny tea is an ancient Indian drink known for its warming and calming properties. Its roots trace back to Ayurvedic tradition, where the combination of spices plays a key role in maintaining the body's balance. The flavor of this tea is rich and deep, with notes of sweet anise, spicy ginger, and pungent black pepper, while cinnamon and cardamom add a refined warm sweetness. It is perfect for relaxation after a stressful day, aids digestion, and warms the body in cold weather. Each sip reveals a layered composition of spices, allowing you to adapt the blend to your preferences—making it milder or adding heat. Traditionally served without sugar, honey or milk can be added for a gentler taste.
