Put honey in an enamel bucket, pour in 8 liters of boiling water, and leave it until the next day.
- Honey: 1.5 kg
- Water: 8 l

On the second day, boil the mixture for one hour.

Then add hops and boil 4 - 5 more times (with small breaks).
- Hop: 40 g

When the honey cools to room temperature, pour it into a strong barrel and add cardamom and gelatin dissolved in water, then seal it well.
- Cardamom seeds: 2 pieces
- Gelatin: 0.5 teaspoon

After the honey has infused and fermented for 15-20 days, pour it into well-sealed bottles and store in a cool place.
