Vanilla-mint coffee

Vanilla-mint coffee is a refined drink that combines the bright aroma of freshly ground coffee, sweet vanilla notes, and the refreshing coolness of mint. This recipe is inspired by European coffee traditions where vanilla is often added to drinks for a gentle, enveloping flavor. Mint, on the other hand, adds invigorating freshness, making the coffee especially pleasant for morning awakening or evening relaxation. Preparation begins with caramelizing sugar in a cezve, then adding coffee and water, after which vanilla releases its aroma during brewing. The final touch is mint leaves lightly crushed in the cup to release essential oils that complement the coffee bouquet. This drink is perfect for those who appreciate harmony of flavors and seek new dimensions of coffee pleasures.

We cut the vanilla pod into several pieces and remove the seeds. We place the seedless vanilla in the cezve. We put it on the fire. When the coffee foam rises several times, we remove the cezve from the heat, add the vanilla seeds, stir, and let the coffee steep for a couple of minutes.
