Frozen 'drunken grapes' is a refined treat that combines the freshness of grapes, the sweetness of sugar, and the delicate tartness of white wine. This dessert gained popularity in Europe as a light, refreshing delicacy that perfectly complements warm evenings. The grapes absorb subtle notes of wine, while the sugary crust gives it a crunchy texture. After freezing, the grapes become cool like little icy gems. They can be served as a standalone dessert or used as a garnish for cocktails and fruit dishes. Refreshing with pleasant sweetness and a hint of tartness, it makes an unusual addition to any festive table, delighting everyone who tries it.
