Blend the strawberries. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, water, pepper and mix. Pour into a freezing mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Strawberry: 200 g
- Powdered sugar: 75 g
- Water: 450 ml
- Lemon juice: 50 ml
- Freshly ground black pepper: 45 g
