Mint Hot Chocolate

Mint hot chocolate is a refined drink that combines the rich bitterness of cocoa with the delicate freshness of mint. European cuisine values it for its warming effect and sophisticated taste. Historically, chocolate drinks were a privilege of the nobility, but now everyone can enjoy this aromatic treat. The secret to its flavor lies in properly steeping the mint in hot milk, allowing the essential oils to infuse every drop. Dark chocolate adds depth to the flavor, while a light foam gives it an airy texture. It is served with whipped cream, adding extra softness. Ideal for cozy evenings when one wants to feel warmth and comfort. This drink not only delights the palate but also offers moments of true enjoyment.
