Watermelon tumbler is a refreshing signature cocktail embodying summer euphoria in a glass. Its roots can be traced to fruit cocktail traditions but gains a unique character from the blend of sweet watermelon, limoncello, and vodka. The salty-sugar rim adds a contrasting zestiness that awakens the taste buds. Bright, refreshing, and slightly spicy with a pinch of chili, this cocktail is perfect for a hot day or poolside party. Watermelon juice makes it juicy and rich while chilling the ingredients gives it sparkling coolness. It’s not just a drink but a summer ritual that delights with its layered flavor nuances and elegant presentation.

1
Make watermelon juice: blend the flesh of half a sweet, ripe, seedless red watermelon. Those who wish can strain the juice through a sieve, but I don't do that - it turns out great if the watermelon is very ripe. Chill the juice in the freezer for about 20 minutes, where good vodka and liqueur are already placed.
- Watermelon juice: 200 g
- Vodka: 70 ml
- Limoncello: 70 ml
2
Sprinkle 70 g of sea salt and sugar on a small plate, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into another. Take the chilled glasses out of the fridge. Dip the rim in the juice, then in the salt and sugar mixture (emphasizing the salt!!!) to create a rim. Let the glasses sit for 20 minutes to set the rim.
- Sea salt: 70 g
- Sugar: 70 g
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 30 g

Carefully pour vodka, liqueur, and watermelon juice into a tumbler. If the watermelon is very sweet, add lemon or lime juice to taste. I recommend adding chili sauce on the tip of a teaspoon.
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 30 g
- Chili paste: to taste
4
Decorate with watermelon rind.
- Watermelon juice: 200 g
