Iced tea with mint and lime is a refreshing drink inspired by Russian tea traditions but with a modern twist. Fragrant jasmine green tea, lightly sweetened, is cooled to room temperature and then combined with refreshing fresh mint and tangy lime. Ice makes the drink even more invigorating, perfect for a hot day. The delicate jasmine aroma intertwines with bright citrus notes while the mint adds a pleasant coolness. This tea quenches thirst well, helps to relax and recharge energy. It pairs wonderfully with light snacks, fresh fruits, and desserts. Such a drink can be served at summer parties, family lunches or simply enjoyed in solitude, awakening a sense of harmony and freshness.

1
Brew tea. It's better to do this in a teapot with a filter, from which the filter can be removed along with the tea, otherwise it will be too strong. Add sugar and stir. Cool to room temperature.
- Green Jasmine Tea: 15 g
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Water: 700 ml
2
Tear the mint by hand. Cut the thin lime slices in half. Fill 3 tall glasses with ice, add equal amounts of mint and a slice of lime to each, pour in tea and serve!
